If your Sky Plus box comes to me for repair I will make sure the recordings on the hard drive are not touched so all of your programmes will be saved provided it is not the hard drive that is faulty.
I also offer a hard drive upgrade service for Sky plus and HD boxes which will enable you to record many more hours’ worth of programmes.
My courier can have your faulty sky box collected within hours of you calling so you will have your working sky box back as fast as possibl(usually within 48 hours). Or feel free to bring your faulty sky box into the workshop.

I emailed the owner over the weekend and the owner confirmed that I could drop it in to his workshop on Monday and he would fix it and send it back to me on Tuesday. I did, he did and it works!
